John White, Chief Technology Officer The majority of John’s career has been in the High Tech Industry, starting in the early 70’s with mainframe computing and in 1975 going to Silicon Valley to join Zilog, the leading pioneer in microprocessor technology. In 1980 John founded one of the first companies in the world to develop LAN software and hardware technology and he was CEO of Chancellor Computer, which developed the first CAE/CAD workstations based on personal computers. The company went public in 1984. This was followed by a series of other successful high tech start-ups, one, Electronic Design Information Systems, Inc. was acquired by Ziff Davis of New York and John served as Vice President of Marketing subsequent to the acquisition. In the recent years he has had a series of CEO assignments for which he completed a number of equity and debt transactions.
John graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Aviation Technology and Business. Most recently John founded the boutique investment bank, Maxwell Financial Services and holds FINRA Series 22, 62, and 63 registrations.
